Is artificial jewelry made of natural stones?
No. These pieces use imitation stones and pearls. Our natural gemstones are sold separately and are always described as natural.
Can I return a piece?
We refund or replace a piece that arrives damaged or broken, with an unboxing video of the parcel being opened. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. See the refund policy for details.
