Our 14-day promise
If a piece is not what you hoped for, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We would rather you are happy than keep a stone you do not love.
What can be returned
- Items that are unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Items in their original packaging.
What cannot be returned
- Items that have been worn or used.
- Items without their original packaging.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or email sales@pakistangems.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send the parcel to.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the item, your refund is approved and sent to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, tell us within 3 days of delivery. We will exchange it or refund you, and we cover the return shipping in that case.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. For our mistakes, we pay.
