Authenticity & certificates
Are your gemstones natural and authentic?
Yes. Our stones come straight from mines in Gilgit-Baltistan, Swat and other northern regions of Pakistan. We never sell synthetic or glass-filled stones as natural, and any treatment is disclosed on the listing.
Do you offer lab certificates?
Certification is available for any stone through trusted gemological laboratories in Islamabad and Lahore. It usually costs between ₨1,500 and ₨3,000 and adds two to three days to processing.
Can I see a video of the stone before buying?
Of course. Send the product code on WhatsApp and we will reply with a short video filmed in natural light, so you can judge colour and sparkle for yourself.
Orders & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and debit or credit cards through our secure checkout.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, across most Pakistani cities through TCS and Leopards. For orders above ₨50,000 we ask for a 10% advance to confirm the order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our Islamabad facility within 24 hours. Islamabad and Rawalpindi usually receive them the same or next day, major cities in two to three working days, and remote areas in four to six working days.
Returns & support
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to return an item in its original condition for a refund. Shipping charges are not refunded once the parcel has been inspected.
How do I start a return?
Message us on WhatsApp or email sales@pakistangems.com with your order number, and we will send return instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with insured couriers, including the USA, UK, UAE, Australia and Thailand. Contact us for a shipping quote to your country.
