Products and descriptions
Every gemstone is a natural product, so colour, clarity and shape vary from stone to stone. We photograph and describe each piece as accurately as we can, and treatments are disclosed on the listing. Images may look slightly different on your screen.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani rupees unless stated. We may correct pricing errors and update prices without notice, but the price shown when you confirm your order is the price you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order if a stone is no longer available, if payment fails or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment made.
Certification
Independent laboratory certificates are available for stones on request and may involve an extra fee and processing time. Certificates describe the stone at the time of testing.
Delivery and returns
Delivery times and charges are in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy.
Intellectual property
All text, photographs, logos and designs on this site belong to Pakistan Gems or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
