Delivery times
- Islamabad and Rawalpindi: same day or next day.
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and others): two to three working days.
- Remote areas: four to six working days, via Pakistan Post or Trax.
Shipping charges
Orders under ₨5,000 ship for a flat ₨250. Orders of ₨5,000 and above ship free. There are no hidden packing or handling fees.

We work with TCS, Leopards and M&P Courier Service, and choose the fastest reliable option for your address.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. For orders above ₨50,000 we ask for a 10% advance by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa to confirm the order.
Open parcel
Customers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi can ask to open the parcel and inspect the stone before paying the courier.
International shipping
We ship worldwide with insured express couriers. Contact us with your country and the stone you want, and we will send a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.
Tracking
You will receive your courier tracking number by message and email. You can also use our order tracking page. If anything looks wrong, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase it with the courier.
